RULES & REGULATIONS:

1. Volunteers need to be 18 years old and above, with good health condition.

​

2. Both, experienced and first timers, are welcome to help out during the event.

​

3. By volunteering, you hereby agree to the terms, plans, schedules and roles set by the Organizer.

​

4. Volunteers are expected to be able to attend all briefings, unless they have important reasons for absenteeism. PUNCTUALITY IS TAKEN SERIOUSLY.

5. Volunteers who wish to withdraw from the event must inform the Organizer of their intention by email immediately (a month before event).

​

6. Volunteers are allowed to choose their preferred job scope, but final decisions are made by the Organizer.

​

7. The Organizer has the right to limit and/or refuse any volunteer registration entries, and/or make changes to any terms, plans, schedules and roles when necessary.
