1. Why do I need to register online before collecting the donations?
The organizer wants to ensure that you receive the right (selected) tshirt size.

2. Bagaimanakah penganjur memastikan peserta yang sudah mendaftar telah memasukkan derma ke dalam akaun penganjur?
Setiap peserta yang telah berdaftar selepas 5hb Mac akan dihubungi dan diminta untuk memasukkan derma tersebut ke dalam akaun penganjur. Sekiranya peserta belum mencapai jumlah yang diperlukan, peserta mesti memaklumkan penganjur sehingga 23 Mac di mana tarikh akhir pungutan awam dibuat dan serahan kad kepada penganjur.
2. How does the organizer ensure the participant has already entered the donation into the organizer's account?
Each participant registered after 5th March will be contacted and asked to transfer the donation to the organizer's account. If the participant has not reached the required amount, the participant must inform the organizer until March 23 where the deadline for the collection is and the card needs to be handed over to the organizer.
3. Bagaimana jika Donation Card tersebut telah hilang atau tercicir?
Anda harus membayar gantirugi mengikut nilai kad tersebut ATAU dinasihatkan untuk membuat laporan polis.
3. What if I accidentally lost or dropped my Donation Card?
You have to pay compensation according to the value of the card OR advised to lodge a police report.

Ya,ia adalah percuma.

5. Berapakah yuran untuk mendaftar kategori 12km, 25km & 50km?
Penganjur tidak mengenakan sebarang yuran penyertaan. Acara ini adalah dipanggil "Mengutip derma". Setiap kutipan haruslah menggunakan Donation Card yang telah dibekalkan kepada peserta untuk membuat kutipan awam. Setiap kutipan melayakkan anda untuk menyertai kategori seperti berikut;
Kategori Dewasa
i. 12km - RM150.00
ii. 25km - RM 200.00
iii. 50km - RM 400.00
Kategori pelajar (13-17 tahun)
i. 12km - RM100.00
5. What are the registration fees for the 12km, 25km & 50km categories?
The Organizer does not charge any fees. This is a fund raising event. Each collection from the public must be done and recorded using the Donation Card supplied to the participant. Each collection entitles you to join the following categories;
Adult Category
i. 12km - RM150.00
ii. 25km - RM 200.00
iii. 50km - RM 400.00
Student category (13-17 years old)
i. 12km - RM100.00

6. Saya berada di luar Kota Kinabalu & Penampang, bagaimana saya boleh mendapatkan Donation Card?
Penganjur akan meminta alamat peserta untuk dikirimkan melalui Pos Laju.
6. I am staying/currently outside of Kota Kinabalu & Penampang, how can I get a Donation Card?
The organizer will request for your address and sent the card through courier service (Pos Laju)

7. Bolehkah saya memberi derma tanpa menggunakan Donation Card?
Ya, boleh. Anda cuma perlu memasukkan derma tersebut melalui akaun Alliance Bank Kadazandusun Language Foundation 101230010009644. Jika anda menggunakan transaksi ATM, pastikan anda mengambil gambar bank-in slip dan whatsapp ke nombor seperti berikut;

Pastikan anda membuat catatan seperti nama, no Mykad serta kategori. Penganjur akan menyerahkan resit semasa Race Pack Collection.
7. Can I make a donation without using the Donation Card?
Yes, you can. You just need to transfer/bank in the donation into Alliance Bank Kadazandusun Language Foundation's account. (AC. No: 101230010009644). If you perform ATM transactions, make sure you send a picture of the bank slip through whatsapp to the following number;

+60 12 814 0903 (Ms Rosecilla).
Make sure to include your Name, Mykad No./Passport No. and Event Category. The organizer will give you a receipt during the Race Pack Collection.
8. Bagaimana jika saya telah berjaya memungut derma sebelum tarikh penutupan dan mahu menyerahkan derma tersebut tanpa perlu datang ke pejabat KLF?
Anda hanya perlu memasukkan derma tersebut ke dalam akaun KLF dan pastikan bank-in slip atau transaksi tersebut diklip bersama Kad Derma. Pastikan anda memaklumkan pihak penganjur transaksi anda ini. Anda boleh menyerahkan kad tersebut semasa Race Pack Collection.
8. What if I have managed to collect the donations before the closing date and want to hand over the donation without having to go to the KLF office?
You only need to transfer/bank in the donation into the KLF account and make sure the bank slip or transaction receipt is clipped with the Donation Card. Be sure to inform your organizer of this transaction. You can submit the card during Race Pack Collection.
9. Saya telah mendaftar dan berjaya mengumpulkan derma tetapi saya menghadapi masalah untuk menyertai perlumbaan ini, bolehkah saya mencari orang lain untuk menggantikan saya?
Ya, boleh. Anda cuma perlu memaklumkan kepada penganjur secara bertulis akan tetapi anda tidak dibenarkan untuk berbuat demikian tujuh (7) hari sebelum perlumbaan.

9. I have signed up and collected the donations but I am having troubles in joining this race, can I find someone else to replace me?
Yes, you can. You just have to inform the organizer (in writing form) but you are not allowed to do so seven (7) days before the race.
